After attending Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine, he received his orthodontic training at the University of Colorado Health Science Center. We offer a full range of treatment options in order to cater to each of our patients’ unique orthodontic needs. We are proud to offer clear ceramic braces, traditional metal braces, and Incognito lingual braces, which are placed behind your teeth, hidden from view. In addition, we offer Invisalign clear aligners for our late teen and adult patients who wish to perfect their smile without the use of wires and brackets.     OFFICE POLICIES

    Affordable Orthodontics in Burien & West Seattle

    The total cost of treatment depends on the scope of the treatment that is required by the individual patient. Our staff will discuss fees and payment options before your treatment begins. We customize payment plans to suit your budget, and are happy to offer a low down-payment option. We regularly work with Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts and can structure your payment plan over the course of 2-3 years (if applicable to the treatment plan) to better utilize your tax-advantaged accounts. We also accept assignment from most insurance plans and we will file the necessary papers to your insurance company on your behalf. We work hard to make orthodontics in Seattle affordable!

     

    Discounted Fees for Full Payments

    If full payment is made up front at the beginning of treatment, we offer a discounted fee. (If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.) To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months as well.

    If you elect to make monthly payments with our no-interest, in-house payment plan, we allow you to pay in person at your monthly visits, through the mail, or set up an automatic payment through our secure server. We strive to be flexible and allow you to determine the financial arrangement that is most convenient for you and your family.

     

    Types of Payment Accepted

    For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and most major insurance carriers. In cases of serious delinquency from credit payment, treatment will be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate patients with temporary difficulties.

    We will help to determine what insurance coverage you have available from your carrier. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us and the balance will be arranged for you to pay. At Peralta Orthodontics, we are beholden to our patients, not the insurance companies, and will do everything in our power to provide professional and friendly service. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
